I want to publicly thank "Mistress Jina" for my initiation into the world of Femdom. Years later I now realize some things.

Therefore my critique is not about the story but about how you handled the situation.
If I understand correctly, you were on a business trip and therefore never had a chance to visit her again. I think you should have let her know, so she wouldn't be disappointed by you not following through with a visit to her dungeon. Perhaps there would have been even a possibility to keep in touch by correspondence and possibly send her a tribute from time to time in appreciation of what she did for you - or see her again on your next trip.
