Allan agreed to drop me at home but told me to worry. "Two women on their own going shopping will cost you a bit!"

I grinned. "Don't forget that she is a multi--millionaire. She has more than enough money for all of us!" I re-thought my comment and added "She has never spent money carelessly. We live on my money and I am not a multi-millionaire; only on special occasions like a purchase of a car for her, she is planning to step in with her money, or her mother does. It works out well."

He nodded. "I know that you are sensible people and I respect you for this."

He dropped me off at home and I waited for the ladies to arrive. It was getting late when I felt her presence; I was always able to feel when she was coming close. The door opened and a lot of shopping bags entered, followed by two laughing women. "Darling, we are home! This was a lot of fun!" Maureen came out from behind her bags and kissed me. There was a faint smell of alcohol on her lips; they must have had a liquid lunch! When Jenny kissed me, I felt the same, but they were happy and so was I.

"James, we found the most wonderful little dresses and you'll like them..... and we passed Victoria's Secret and you'll like it even more! We also passed the dressmaker with our gowns and they are absolutely gorgeous! And we had a delightful lunch with a friend of mine we met! And how was your day?"

"It was nice, the weather was perfect, and the lunch was excellent. Ladies, we've dinner tonight and there is not much time left for you to change. How about starting now?"

Maureen batted her eyelashes at me. "Do you want to join me in the shower?" I laughed and denied the tempting invitation. "If we start this, we'll be late for dinner. Come on, have your shower." She pouted. "Will you help me at least to undress?" Jenny added "Me too!"

I thought about it for a moment and declined again. "Darlings, we've no time for this, but I promise that I will help you undress when we come home." Jenny grinned "Me too!"

They left and I had my shower in the guest bathroom; when I passed our bedroom, I heard a lot of giggling; the day must have been wonderful for them. I dressed in my executive fantasy: dark blue suit, light blue shirt with buttons on the collars, the cufflinks Allan had given me, and one of my dark blue Hermès ties. Looking at the mirror, I was satisfied with the image: hair cut recently, a tanned face due to my outing on the golf course, and still slender from the running and the martial art exercises. Then my loves appeared.

I took a deep breath, since the picture was stunning. Maureen had her hair curled up in silky waves reaching to her shoulder, a little bit of blush on her cheeks and her smiling lips emphasized by a touch of lipstick. She wore a dark green silky dress that repeated the green-golden color of her eyes, and left one shoulder bare, with a wide strip of gauze coming from her left shoulder going to below her right breast and wrapping itself around her upper body, like a bustier. The same fabric fell in long folds down to above her knees, forming a frame for her narrow hips and long, tanned legs. She wore golden sandals and a nice little clutch, which probably cost more than my car. Her opal pendant fell into her décolleté, drawing attention to her firm breasts, and she wore her ring with our family crest.

"You look stunning, Countess."

"Me too?" Jenny stepped forward; she wore a strapless white short dress, with a wide black silk belt wrapped around her waist. Black lace in the form of flowers dropped like a triangle from her left shoulder over her breast, touched her right hip but came back to end on her left side at the edge of the dress. Her long black hair came down in waves to her shoulder and touched her proud breast. The dress clang to her hips and then widened, like a small tutu; it finished well over her knees. She wore her opal pendant, the matching ring and the diamond earrings I had given her. Her face was lighter then Maureen's, probably showing the long hours she had spent in the office and now during the seminar, but a faint blush on her cheeks and dark red lips completed the picture of a beautiful woman in love.

"You too, darling!"

They smiled satisfied with the impact they had caused and when I tried to kiss them, warned me. "James, dear, if you touch us, you will ruin our makeup. We spent hours getting just the right image of appearing not to have one, so please be careful. When we come back, you can take it off; actually, we want you to take all off, not just the makeup." Jenny added "Hear, hear!"

I had ordered a limo to take us to dinner, and it was waiting for us. We drove to the Quay restaurant, the one with the good food and the obnoxious sommelier. It was on the upper level of the Passenger terminal with a wonderful view to the Opera House and ferry boats arriving and leaving. The big windows had a special glaze that diminished the effects of the sun during the day but now, at night, the glittering lights of the Opera House, the ships, and turning to the other side, the Harbour Bridge, were phenomenal. As I had seen before, the conversation stopped when we entered. Maureen on her own would have caused this, but with Jenny on my other side, the silence was screamingly loud.

Bill was there already and got up to welcome us. "James, where did you find these beautiful women? Welcome, my ladies --Countess, Miss Parker."

He kissed their hands and asked us to sit down; Allan had not arrived yet. "Miss Parker, before we talk about more pleasant things, can I take just one minute to interest you in re-thinking your decision to leave the company? I spoke with the senior managers and they are unanimous: they want you back. You would receive a very decent salary increase, some benefits and a chance to move to New York in one or two years if you were interested. I would personally look after your career, because after the problem you went through right now, there is nothing else I could do."

Jenny regarded at him for a moment. "Mr. Cunningham, I've made up my mind and the position that has been offered and that I've accepted is what I want. Thank you for your gracious offer and I'm very grateful, but no, thank you."

"Well, I tried and our loss is the gain of another company. But there's Allan."

Allan and Ellen had arrived, and the maître d' showed them to our table. Ellen was visibly weak, but tried to hide it. Maureen looked at her, worried but admiring the courage. I told her to make certain that we would not stay too long, and she nodded. Ellen kissed us -- the girls with caution as she knew the dangers of makeup, and me with emotion and gratitude.

We all sat and the Maître' d handed the menu to us. We spent a minute looking at it and then Bill turned to Maureen. "Countess, perhaps..." Maureen interrupted him. "Please, Mr. Cunningham, call me Maureen. We are among friends." He nodded "Thank you, I'd like that, but only if you'll call me Bill."

Now it was her turn "Certainly, Mr. Cunningham ... ah ... Bill."

"Maureen, while our friends are more interested in food, let's discuss wines. I've heard that you know your wines and I'm able to find some good American wines once in a while. The menu has all kind of options: sea food, wagyu, crabs, meat, so let's find first some wines. I have ordered already a bottle of the Delamotte Blanc de Blanc Brut, a champagne not so famous, but one I always enjoyed."

I remembered the menu, and there really was a wide selection. Smoked eel, mud crab and wagyu as an entrée, prawns, abalone (I knew I would order that), crayfish and quail as the second course, seafood, more wagyu, and duck for the third course, and all kinds of sweets for dessert, including the guava snow egg the chef was famous for. My selection was fast: the eel, the abalone and the wagyu. By the time the others had decided, Bill had also agreed with Maureen on the wines: a Henschke Lenswood Riesling, a Tyrrells's Vat 1 chardonnay, and a Yering Station Reserve Semillon. For the meat he had selected the Napa Valley 2010 Opus One as a complement to the Australian wines. I had seen the price and he must have a really generous expense account. Ellen was sitting at his right and Maureen on his left so that I could watch Ellen to see when she had enough. The conversation was light and enjoyable: Bill delighting to tell us some hilarious situations at HQ and Allan going back to his experiences, first as an immigrant to Australia, and then his life in the company.

In the end Bill turned to me. "And you, James, you have nothing to tell us?" I thought about the long career these two had had and decided that there was nothing I could really add.

Allan did not let me get away with it. "Bill, do you know that he has a fifth-degree black belt and a master's rank in Krav Maga? That he led our company from a deep funk into a dedicated, aggressive sales force with all of the staff deeply loyal to him? That we were going to make the highest profit ever recorded in the company before that silly incident in Hawaii? But let me tell you a lighter story of what happened today at the golf course." I tried to hide, but everyone wanted to hear the story and he told it with just the right flourishes to make it entertaining, showing how I had been led into a trap and how I had turned the table.

"Good for you, James, and just what I would have expected of you."

The food was very good, and the wines matched the food and I enjoyed the Opus One. I had never drunk it before but had heard enough positive comments. Maureen taught me that the wine had dark red fruit aroma, a round satiny taste, and the tannin was holding the cassis, blackberry and black cherry together. It was complex with the acidity structuring the body for long storage. It was good to know, but I would have enjoyed the wine also without this knowledge. She was upset. "The restaurant charges three times the price in the shop. It is outrageous!"

Ellen was getting tired, but didn't want to show it, but we knew her well. I nodded to Bill, looking at Ellen and he understood.

"Friends, I came here to resolve a delicate situation and have done so. Now I've the responsibility to find a replacement for our English fool since James did not want to come back. I've also already apologized to Miss Parker and let me do it once more. What happened was inexcusable and the person has been fired. Again, I would like her to come back, but unfortunately, she has other plans. And you, Allan, I would really appreciate it if you would find a few minutes of your time when you don't have to care for Ellen, so that you would help us find a candidate and smooth the way for him once we have him. He does not have an easy job, because the last months have degraded staff moral. And Ellen, I wish you a speedy recovery to help your husband survive; we know all that it was not he who did all this, there was always Ellen steering him into the right path. He needs you! And thank you all for coming, so please stay in contact!"

We applauded and Ellen blushed, but did not deny this. I helped Ellen to get up since Allan was talking to Bill and she touched my face. "James, a son of mine could not be more caring or loving. Thank you, darling."

We said good bye and when we arrived at home, the ladies were a bit exhausted. "James, we will have a shower and wait for you. Could you please clean up the mess in the living room? Please?"

I reminded them of the promise to take off the makeup and the dresses and first Maureen guided my hand to a hidden button, the dress fell down, and there was no bra and the little g-string did not hide anything. She offered her breasts for my kisses and then Jenny repeated the act: one button, dress down, kisses on the two main protruding spots. They left and I took more time to take out the parcels, throw the packages into the trash, and clean out more parcels lying around than I had thought. When I entered our bedroom the two were already in bed, on their back and wonderfully naked -- but they were also deep asleep. Well, what could I do? I had my shower and lay beside Maureen; she mumbled something, turned on her side and grasped my hand, placing it on her breast. Jenny did not move, also asleep.

Chapter 46: Coming Together

During the night I woke occasionally when one of the two moved, but when I woke up, I was alone. I spent some time to realize what happened: they had abandoned me! Finally, I got up, brushed my teeth, did my things, put on my robe and went to see what had happened to them.

When I came close to the living room, I heard them talking and stopped for a moment.

"Jenny, we are fine now, but how will we manage it when we'll have children? I want at least three and you said you wanted two. How can we do this? Will James have two wives? That is not possible, at least legally."

I stepped through the door. "Can I participate in this conversation?"

They looked at me; both were sitting on the couch and wearing a long and ugly football shirt: Denver Broncos!

"Darling, you can always participate as long as we accept it. This time you can. James, my love, we were talking about our future and there is no problem for the two of us, since we are legally married, but how about Jenny? What will she tell her children who their father is? Her lover?

This was serious. "Maureen, first can I get a cup of coffee to wake up? Once I'm awake, we can start to think about it. And by the way, you left the bed without obeying local rules; shame on you!"

"James, to use your words: technically, you were sleeping, and we did not want to wake you up, but let's resolve one problem at a time." and she got up, standing in front of me. She slowly pushed her shirt down until her areolae appeared. I would never stop adoring her puffy tips and the stiff nipples and slowly sucked them into my mouth, teasing the tip with my tongue.

She leaned into me and when I slightly bit one nipple, she groaned. "James, this is a serious conversation, so don't start something that we will have to finish." She withdrew her breast and it was me this time who was groaning. "Jenny, it is your turn!" Jenny also offered her firm breasts with her long, extended nipples and I spent my time worshipping them until Maureen coughed.

"If you want to continue this, let's go to our bedroom and have fun, but I'm repeating myself. This is supposed to be a serious conversation, so stop it!"

We started to laugh, and I went to make coffee. Funny -- nobody offered to make it for me! Lord and Master?

"James, there will come a moment, and soon, when I'll want to have a child. I want to see the children grow up, see them becoming teenagers, participate in their life in school, argue with them over their first dates, worry when they go out at night ... I want to become a good mother. And Jenny? She wants the same thing ... see her children grow up with ours, try to keep them away from problems, and unfortunately, we'll not succeed! But at the end, we want to see them happy, loving their parents and each other. How will we do this?"

I always thought that this conversation would happen one day, but it came earlier than I was ready.

"Maureen and Jenny, I'll be very happy to have our children come and grow up with us. I don't have at this moment a legal answer for Jenny, but all I can say is that my children with her will be as much our children as the ones that Maureen and I will have. We're family and we'll never separate. You're family, Jenny, never forget this and you reside in my heart as much as Maureen does."

I looked at the two. "Jenny, could you give us a moment?"

She looked concerned, but got up. "I'll prepare breakfast; don't spend too much time."

Maureen looked at me "James, what do you want?"

"My love, Jenny has become a part of us, but we cannot acknowledge this to the world. I believe that she and we deserve that the three of us know where she stands. Maureen, I want to ask Jenny to marry me -- just between the three of us, so that she understands deep in her heart that she belongs to us. We'll never separate; she's so much dedicated to me and to you, that I believe she would prefer to die than to be back on her own, especially if we disappointed her. You see her love in her eyes and her actions: do you doubt this?"

Maureen shook her head and I continued. "I want to tell Jenny that she's not only my lover or your sister; she is all of that and much more. Do you agree?"

This time it took much longer for Maureen to respond. "How do you want to do this?"

"I want to ask her to marry me, in front of you and you as our only witness. Nobody but us will ever know about us -- and I believe it might be a good idea not to tell your mother about this."

She thought a long time about this. "James, where will I stand? Will I be just your other woman? Will I always have to share and never have you for my own?"

"My love, you'll always be the one I love, the one who entered not only my heart, but also my soul; without you I wouldn't want to live anymore. Jenny would be at our side, protected, safe and loved. But if there ever were a cruel choice to be made, you would be the one I'd chose, whatever the pain to me or to Jenny. Remember when we first made love and the voice told us that we were one and one forever? Remember that that voice told us that she is a part of us? Nothing will ever change."

She thought more and then decided. "I agree, my love. I love her, she loves me, and there's no doubt about the love between the two of you. You can do this whenever you want it, and I'll be a happy participant."

I hugged her and kissed her deeply; then I went to our bedroom and took out a little box that had been there for days and called Jenny back. She looked concerned, since that was the first time she had been excluded from a conversation.

"Jenny, you know that I love you." She nodded, still concerned where this would go. "I know that you love me" and she nodded quite intensely. "I'm concerned about our relationship; it is wonderful, but for me, there is something missing. There is no final commitment..."

She shook her head. "I committed myself to you, James, and there is no way back. If you were to leave me, I would die; it is as simple as this. I don't want to be a burden on you or your conscience, but my fate has been decided -- I either live with you or die without you. I'm not your slave or submissive to your wishes, but my life depends on yours, and please understand this. You'll make your decisions and perhaps one day I'll be hurt, but that's my problem, not yours."

I regarded her for a long time, and she became nervous: what would happen, and why this conversation?

"Jenny my love, I'll make it my problem."

I went on my knee before her, opened the little box and took out a diamond ring.

"Jenny, will you marry me? Just here, between us three and nobody will ever know it, but I want you to be my other half. I have Maureen on one side, to protect, to love and to be loved; I want you on my other side, to protect, to love and to be loved. Will you accept me?"

I waited for her answer, but she simply fainted. I held her at the last moment and placed her on the sofa. After a while she opened her eyes and pure joy was looking at me. "James, this is not necessary, as you have me already and not a ring or any other trinket will ever change this. Do you really want to do this?"

I nodded and she looked at Maureen. "Darling, do you agree?"

Maureen nodded also. "Yes, darling. I want you to be as close as possible to us. It cannot be legalized, but between us, we'll always know what we have decided."

Jenny jumped up and embraced me. "Yes, my love, I want to be your wife -- for now and forever."

I put the ring on her finger; it matched the earrings I had bought her a long time ago in NY. The main diamond had a bluish tinge to it and complemented her big eyes.
