Rigger/Rope Bunny: A Rigger participates in D/s encounters that involve use of system of ropes, chains, and/or tackle to support, control and restrain a Rope Bunny in a position to give or receive sexual pleasure. It includes the tying of rope to the body that conveys restraint. Either the Dominant or submissive can be a Rigger or Rope Bunny.
Sadist/masochist: Sadists enjoy inflicting pain on their partner and masochists enjoy receiving pain from their partner. The pain type and severity is negotiated and usually in a sexual context.
