I think your best hope for improvement would be editing your 'tags'; 'Forced feminization' 'Dominant mother/aunt', 'submissive son', cbt, 'orgasm denial', 'switch/ing'. You could ask for some editing help, particularly with some of your neck-snapping segues and follows-through.

All the tag fixes will help potential readers avoid disappointment. 2*
