Thanks for sharing Claire. If you go out again, I'd like to know more about what you experience while walking in the woods. Do you step on anything squishy? Do any dry twigs snap? Do your legs brush against anything prickly? Do you smell anything earthy? Do you walk through a spider web? My body is super sensitized when I'm naked in the woods. Maybe yours is too.
