This short story could well have been named "A Rude Awakening". Multiple zaps with a cattle prod isn't my idea of fun, loving, BDSM. I can think of many ways to awaken a sub that is bound as Eleanor was that would excite me without being cruel. Then I could go make coffee without a guilty conscious. Well written, though.

Hi Tess, you are correct, I'm very far from a farm boy. Real-life "Ellie" once told me of her desire for something stronger than her wand, and my mind went to a more industrial instrument. Probably a bit too extreme, I doubt she would enjoy it either. Cheers.
