I agree with Thecarolinadreamer that this was hot, but it could have been much better had it been proofread and cleared of the numerous distracting grammatical errors. One other pet peeve of mine is biological understanding. A woman's womb almost always contains but one egg waiting to be fertilized. You wrote "eggs" multiple times, which made her seem more like a hen house than a woman. That said, him rendering her helpless by knowing her erogenous weaknesses was hot, and even hotter since he learned them from her husband.
