I don't belive you've miss any detail, a little bit James Bondish ordering dinner ahead and the temperature of the wine and champagne. If I get my wife out to a nice vacation I will remember your well thought out tips. I wondered if you know Scotland as well as it is described in your adventure. I ve hardly been out of California and I don't think I could describe heading down to the beach half as well as you did.
