This may be one of the best series I've read.

This story popped up as part of a “hypnosis“ search; as it had good ratings, I read it. Unfortunately, there was no indication that it was part of a series—a sentence or so at the top woo is been helpful. It was short enough to read through, but of course I had no clue what was happening and got nothing out of it. (I will go back and read the beginning out of curiosity).
