Sarah severely abused her husbands trust as a submissive by directly lying to him to get the action she wanted. If she had decided not to let him have sex with her and Jill then she should have said that 'you are right, but I changed my mind'. This would have been only slightly better behavior because she would still have reneged on a promised pleasure for the sub.
