I am 68 and Mixed Martial Arts to me was studying multiple disciplines, I hold a 5th Degree in Tang Soo Do, a 4th in Hapkido, a 4th in Toyama ryu Battojutsu, and an Instructor cert in Inosanto system Arnis/escrima.
