There was an interesting plot and some good writing, but too many errors. A pension would be considered marital property at least for that part generated during their 18 years of marriage. No medical practitioner or bank would ever disclose the type of information recited in the story. If Jeff actually had sex with his client or had facilitated fraud, he would be disbarred, and there is no explanation of why husband did not use that option against Jeff.

My wifes attorney contacted his attorney and let her know he was aware of the prior relationship and threatened to turn her in to the bar association and she would loose her license to practice law. He told her to give my wife everything she was asking for and he would not turn her in. But if her ex decided to fight any part of what she wanted in the divorce he would have her disbarred and ruine her career as a attorney. My wife got everything she wanted and more.
