Sorry, but no Jelly fish in Lake Erie or. any other fresh water body of water.
I can commiserate with the water temperature you describe. The great lakes have a constant temperature of about 39 degrees F at depths greater than 60 or so feet all year 'round. The upper layers get warmer in the summer's heat, and colder in the winter's cold.
Hot summer days in the northeast usually occur because a south breeze brings in the warm air and humidity. The same south breeze will often blow the warmer surface water toward Canada, allowing colder water in infiltrate nearer to shore.
I have swum at New York's Fair Haven Beach park in early August with an offshore (southerly) breeze, where the waist-deep water temperature was around 50 degrees. Let me tell you, the family jewels seek refuge in the inguinal canals, and their upstairs neighbor shrivels into next to nothing, in spite of whatever scenery is lolling on the sand nearby. It's an experience one does not look forward to.
Really enjoyed this story, I thought it was well written with two likeable and realistic characters. A nice Summer Loving story. Well done.
Ha ha ha! Nuts going stiff. Nicely done, sir, and a novel way to get cheeky pissing in. I'm still waiting for my chance to soothe a jellyfish sting. I won't tell if you don't!
I'm not much bothered whether or not there are jellyfish in Lake Erie although I've never heard of fresh water jellyfish here in the UK. It doesn't really matter--this is simply an enjoyable short story, pleasantly erotic, with a plot that is not implausible (although nothing like this ever happened to me---just my damned luck!). First rate five-star work, Probus.
Great starting point for an ongoing series. They did swap numbers....
Trials and tribulations of working adults coming together and eventually moving in as a family. Lots of fantasy or fetish options.
Great writing
An enjoyable tale, worth 5*. Seems there are jellyfish in lake Erie:
