Poignant

Damn you. I didn’t expect to start my day with tears in my eyes. *****

Very poignant, very raw. Your reader is there, with you, feeling the grass underfoot. Honoring your father alongside you.

Thank you.

Great

A very soul touching story. It makes you wonder how great her father was to have his daughter love him so much.

Thank you for a lovely tale

That was really very nice and very well told. It was just the right length for a tale like this and it will stay with me. Thank you.

"Her first love . . ."

I'm sure he's proud of they way you've tried to pass on what he was trying to pass on,

It took great courage to visit my parents' grave, out in California where I grew up. They died within a few months of each other, and I was not prepared for the emotions that would follow. Thank you, Jane, for your touching note. JB Edwards

excellent. would have been better if she said her Son AND husband would see her red eyes from all her crying. To me, Just Son infers she is a single Mom.
