There is nothing in this to make a reader care what happens to him.

In fact most readers are probably rooting for him to be eliminated in a gruesome manner.

He is a waste of human space and the sooner his genes are removed from the pool the better.

I’ve only skimmed through this chapter because you didn’t have any Tags for it. I enjoy BDSM stories but my own preference is for fem/sub and m/dom. as yours appears to be the opposite I’m unlikely to read more of this story.

I’d recommend that you add Tags to your stories, they have a twofold purpose, which ironically are exact opposite functions.

1. To attract readers with similar interests.

2. To provide Trigger Warnings
