There are similar stories, some good some bad, I rate this as one of the good ones. That doesn't mean I agree with the actions or intentions of the characters, just as I might read a story about a murder and enjoy it but it doesn't mean I agree with murder. Here we have a story about very manipulative women and, it has to be said, very weak husbands. All the women get what they want, there is no compromise, its all about them with no real consideration of what the husband wants. With the help of Dr Brunder, John is conditioned and convinced to agree to whatever Lisa wants, it's all about her. I think the writing is excellent, the characters engaging (generally) and the set-up is very strong. I agree with other comments that for it to just go down the cuck route would be a disappointment. Please give him a backbone, please let him realise where he is and what has happened to him and have the strength as a person to resist, challenge and negotiate a set-up that recognises his need. It is hard to read and you do feel that the protagonist is being manipulated.
