Obviously the writer doesn't think we can think for ourselves or that the finances don't make any points with the readers. Your readers here are a fairly smart bunch of people. We all are literate and most of us can compose sentences. I bet quite a few of us can manage our own money and understand that the duffus, the poor trod-upon victim had time to go to the bank if he were smart enough to. Oops, that would negate the whole story because he would have money to pay for the lawyer then. Maybe the writer should have had the cheating happen on a Sunday so the bank would be closed. Did anyone think of that? Wow, it gets worse with the unprofessional lawyer who goes full skank on the duffus and takes his case for his fucking her. How bad can you get? You need to think twice about him being a submissive male. He was smart enough to get away from his soon-to-be ex-wife after he caught her the first time.
