"True," the driver nodded.
"Should we try and take them here in the parking lot? Save us having to deal with the local muscle?" the passenger asked.
The driver glanced around and spotted no less than seven people in the immediate area.
"Too many people around. We'll have to try to catch them in one of the exhibits or in the restrooms before they can get somewhere we can't," He said. "Grab a map once we get inside and we can plot an exit strategy once we've got them."
The passenger nodded his head as he watched then walking ahead. He was already thinking about how to spend his part of the ransom.

Ken/SEAL has communications/cellphone and is not using it to pull-in back-up cover at the house when looking out the window? Not calling the PD Dick's for an ALERT/backup? Not calling Alex/TJ/Ramon to blast an ALERT (this could become a coordinated attack)...

Nope to stupid, POORLY written for dramatics making Ken/SEAL really dumb. Driving to an Aquarium and NOT a local PD/cop-shop or even Fire-house - dumb, dumb, dumb. Just poor story dramatics with no common sense.

Ken has his pistols and not his PI Shield/creds/carry-license on him? Really?

Keep his guns - let the metal detectors go off - pull-in the rent-a-cops who will call PD. You want more good guns the PD Dick's will eventually clear him. Michelle will get MNGMT attention/help.
