It’s starting to drag on and on. I hang on in the hope that it will improve but I’m starting to flag. Something needs to happen to revitalise the story. Could have made this part much more concise.

44 acres is nothing. 44acres with oil rights in a proven field with mineral rights intact is worth between several hundred thousand and several million dollars. And NEVER EVER make the first offer in a deal like that. She isn’t a big real estate whiz, I would eat her up in negotiations and I’m nobody.
