I gave this story four stars but now think I should have given it five because I think it's better than 99% of the stories on this site. I believe some sentences could have been worded a bit better but that's being picky. Also I think that Jay would not have spoken as defiantly as he did if he was as consumed by fear as Jayden sensed he was. Having said that I think this story is as vividly alive as Jayden would have been immediately after feasting on his victim's blood. I liked how Jay's drunken state was portrayed in the dialogue. There is so much to like about this story.
