I am sorry to have missed out on this chapter and skipped to the next right away. It was going too fast for my taste, but since the story is narrated also from Elle's perspective, the pace appears much more measured now.

The encounter between Amy and Fabienne seems to follow a natural progression. Still, seeing the landlady collared at the end of this chapter as well as the next, remains a surprise.
