Interesting start, looking forward to seeing where this goes

Amazing. But too much of a coincidence. Everyone disappeared in the fog, the first survivor found is ex girlfriend.... too easy. If it was someone unknown then there is story of how they are becoming attracted to each other. How they transition from survivors to lovers.

Why didn’t Mother flag Molly as an intruder?

Great story.

I remember this about Lu but not Molly: "She did, and she tried to tell Max about Molly, but he dismissed her with his "Not an intruder" command."

Max meant that Lu wasn't an intruder. Mother thought that Max was talking about the actual intruder, Molly, and filed that one as "not an intruder". So all's well and everyone is happy.

ok ...nice start
