This is my second entry into something new. Constructive feedback is welcome and appreciated.

This brings back memories. I worked for many years teaching at a large, affluent suburban high school. We had a team of four IT guys. We called them “The Defectives”. They seemed to have all the needed IT certifications, but they were each a bit “off”. One of them was a former student and he told me how much he made - which wasn’t very much. Couldn’t these guys make a ton more money in the private sector than at a public school? Oh - wait. They’re here because they’re defective.
