If you want things to explore in the future, there's a few at hand that could be interesting; To further humiliate, and drive home how irreversible his change is, some expansion on his penile shrinkage might be good, especially after so many months on HRT and being caged to boot.

Exploring more of the servile nature might make for good content too. To play into the trope of 'son made into sissy maid,' have him be coerced into additional labour more often and in equally or more degrading outfits.
