I'm not sure about this. He's not very emotional about losing his girl and he seems like a knob. Who loses their credit card and never notices, just goes home without checking. Why does the store employee come off so mean? It's not like he's resisting.

Who gives a shit if she sends video of him tied, locked and head covered, along with video of his girlfriend being a skank? For him it's evidence of kidnapping and assault and the girlfriend video means nothing. Also, he doesn't fight back at all. The first reaction to being treated badly, would be to regain control.
