I like the premise, but please slow down. There is a lack of the human element: why is she just rolling with it? How does she feel about the cock? What is his expressions? Please don't just tell us what happened. Show us, your readers. Make us feel it.

Don't rush your work. I agree with the other commenter that it needs more info in the story. Stop and tell us more descriptions of Ivy, Rick etc. Interest in women she sees? That kind of thing. ;)
