This is a fantasy dream I frequently have for myself. While many may think I'm weird, the thought of having my wife fully feminise me is the ultimate for me.

To help folks better understand the characters, consider those personality tests mentioned at the beginning of the story. Personality Types or Character Traits in those tests are scored from low to high, and the various scores and Traits/Types come together in a sort-of special mix that reflects each of our individuality. So, say, each of us would have a Loyalty score, but only very few would score extremely high or low. Anyway, to the characters.

Danny preferred to work alone, was self sufficient, had an aptitude for computers, and his personality was geared towards pleasing others. Working alone/self-sufficient might imply that when he has a choice he doesn't care what others think. Pleasing others: it doesn't have to mean All others, and could easily mean Others according to their level of importance in his life. And Linda was always his bull's eye, top-of-the-heap, full stop. Even when he was keeping his distance from her, even when he felt hurt, angry and betrayed, he was devoted to Linda -always.

Linda was more focused and driven, had an analytical mind, and was more commanding. So, more likely to pursue a focused course of action, maybe not seek other opinion if she thinks she's right, and command rather than explain and get buy-in. You know, damn-the-torpedoes kind of woman. That's exactly how she was portrayed. Yeah, she would have lost a bunch of other people, if they'd been her husband. That misses the point; they weren't, Danny was.

Let me try to understand. She sets this poor little dude up to be drugged and raped on film simply for her amusement and laughs about it. Then, is amazed and ‘upset’ when when he is not cool with it and in fact becomes physically ill. He just wants to love her and have her love him and she gets him raped, then laughs about it, for his trouble. “I’m sorry, I just wanted girlfriend”, she says. Yeah, I’ll bet! All her genetically female acquaintances are probably afraid to turn their backs on her. She’s a a sociopath, plain and simple, taking advantage of (obviously) a gentle, trusting little soul. He should use the often mentioned covert computer access, get the disgusting film evidence and coerce Daddy out of some cash. He’ll pay, just to keep princess out of jail, he’s no real threat as written in the story, anyway

Then he/she/it can move far away and pursue a life with an equal, caring partner of his choice.

I'm sorry, this is one of the dumbest story's I've read. He isn't gay and doesn't like what's happening, but he goes along with everything the wife is doing to him for love? NO! He's obviously a wimp, but no one, even a spineless wimp, would go along with such a conversion, without even pumping the brakes, if he wasn't gay. That means he wouldn't care for his wife. So the story contradicts itself.
