She is such a fascinating character. She's reawakening to all of life's possibilities, no longer content just to function robotically. You're doing a wonderful job depicting her metamorphosis as her relationship with Calvin develops.
Your writing has come a long ways. I am glad i kept on reading and cant wait for more!
I can't get enough!!!! Poor Stephany...
Poor Stephanie. She is so confused. But she is coming out of her shell and little Emmaline must sense something about her. Maybe it's a need to be loved.
she may be the best character you have written so far. She is so complex and has so many layers. In a way she is like a rose that is slowly opening it's petals. With each new revelation we discover something new about her. I like the slower pace of her character. She has gone from someone on the outskirts of the pack to someone whom everyone wants to help. And she is discovering just what love is about, or at least trying to. Whether she's watching other couples, reading books, or using the internet she is trying to figure everything out. I did love her outburst at Calvin and his response of good tasting but maybe alittle to salty. And now Calvin has, if only for the time being, washed his hands of the time he can devote to Steph. In the long run this will do her good. I know you wrote about alot of other things in this chapter but if I don't stop now my comments may never end. hehe-he
don't h=let him give up on her yet!! she trying but is afraid and not understanding.. she is almost like a child..
I sympathize with Stephanie but reading what she did i nearly stopped reading. I love this story and i know how she feels... She is so close to finding out what love is and she is doing more damage then those that abused her...
You got me KemMyst....ive never cried as hard for any one character in a long time. My heart is torn for her and Calvin.
I know that the two couples are not really double dating, but the idea of having Stephanie along when Thomas practices dating with Lyssa was inspired. I also enjoyed Calvin's unruffled reaction to having meatballs and sauce flung at him.
"Fulfillment" continues to engage and delight. I'm sorry that there are only a few chapters ahead, but with so many unfulfilled matters in the air, I bet that the coming installments will be terrific.
Really enjoying the story. Emmaline sounds so adorably cute. =)
As for the anon whiners about Stephanie, if you don't like it, don't read it. Some of us are enjoying it.
Keep writing!!!
I am enjoying this story.
Here is some cheese for you anon whiners.
Really enjoying how you are unfolding Stef like a flower. Bet she blooms into the lovelest flower in the hot house.
Stephanie is annoying, since like 7 chapters ago. Reading about her gives me a headache.
Please enough of sill Stephanie, I would much rather read about madeline and emmet who we know not alot about, develop their story more stephanie is getting boring
