Dr beulahthemick; Now that was a surprise, I, like everyone else must have assumed that Mary or Mrs C as they called her was a widow, but for Rex to be her dog was just brilliant. Five stars from me.

I laughed but I am not sure readers on the other side of the pond would appreciate the story.
