I would like to make one comment.

Stop making orgasm so important....

Sometimes the pressure to orgasm is what holds it back.

Sex is an amazingly enjoyable pastime.

It's not a race or a competition. It should be enjoyed for what it is.

A physical interaction between two people.

Orgasm is nice, but may not happen every time, and it's important to note.

Sex doesn't have to be over in a heartbeat. It can take all night, and longer.

Can be seen as proof in partnerships where one or both are handicapped and sex and/or orgasm inconvenient to achieve or impossible. Those couples still appreciate their partnership /marriage and enjoy and care for each other a lot, often far beyond of what can be seen / heard of from non-handicapped partners.
