May I assume that English is not your primary language? I could only stand reading a few paragraphs before the non-standard use of pronouns made me stop.

As someone else has mentioned you did have problems with spelling and grammar. That kind of problem is easily fixed, either get someone to edit & proofread or at the very least read it out loud to yourself before submission.
