Circumference isn't diameter. A dick with a full foot of circumferance would be around 4 inches thick, and people get fisted all the time.

Outside of a girl having a penis, and the unlikeliness that any penis would be that large, its ability to fit is actually above board for the asshole. Even for length, as I've seen people put over 20 inches of dildo into a trained asshole.
