Modern Civil Rights in the Locker room
Marcy Miller presents an interesting challenge to the modern concept of gender fluidity. Could a woman splashing soap at a genetic male gaping at her in the communal shower be guilty of an offence?
I'd like to have heard more about the incident and her sense of indignation for the arrest, prosecution and sentence and the impermeability at the female guards processing her.
It's a great concept that needs further development. Well done as a pioneering effort.
An Interesting Question
The principle of ultimate equality may have become so strong that barriers enforcing separation of the biological genders for protection or privacy of the genetic female have been swept away. Thus, the person who believes herself to have been right may end up in the grasped of the long arm of the law.
Very hot story, love the premise, love the action. Please write a part two or even part three!!
