I don't think that its within Rich's character to just tell the girl that he hates and is currently raping him that its okay to do so when she just complained about not getting a turn to rape him.

The only way I could see him doing so is if he thought they were pressuring her to join them and that she was really nice on her own, which she probably isn't given that she helped abduct and rape him.
