It's things such as this that can really take you out of the story and ruin the mood.

The basic story is there, but the writing is sloppy. Spelling and grammar mistakes all over the place. Wrong words used. And, if you can't remember your characters names, why expect a reader to bother.

Get an editor. That's what they are for.
