Hard to read

Writing in present tense makes it hard to read. Events always happen in the past and for the most part are easier to read.

The story is quite enjoyable and definitely "tongue" in cheek.

I am enjoying the story and am not seeing present tense issues. I guess the story seems more active in the present tense.
