I think you recognized the idiotic story you wrote a long time ago. The mother calls the police, goes to the hospital, has a rape kit made and sues the men for rape of herself and her daughter. The men go to jail for 20-25 years and have to pay huge amounts of money to the victims in a civil lawsuit. So what is this stupid story supposed to tell?

Rape fantasy. Not at all something We should want for others.

To make a story like this work, it has to be believable. As written, was this story believable? Not really. The concept is good, the mechanics not so much. If I was an editor for this writer I'd insist on a re-write. Throw this version out and start over. Just my opinion.
