Hmmm...I suspect the "new neighbors" are the two detectives that have been after Clint, et. al. Wouldn't surprise me at all since they seem so adamant to take Clint down. With all the other crime that exists, it seems such a waste to go after participants in a victimless illegal activity when all involved are consenting adults.
