You write very well, but this story wasn't one of your better ones and it had a fucked-up ending. That is of course, if this really is THE END.
It's surprise that you made Neal as pure evil. I wished that Neal wouldn't forgive Neal in the end.
Don't end it here! So many options, you could have him tame a cat like Paul Atriedies taming a worm. Have him meet up with a bunch of other shrunk people and come back for vengeance lilliputian style.
I like the story but it's kinda weird how you've done it. There was a lot of potential for a slow buildup between these two, but you kinda took it slow and then turned it up to 11 in chapters 4 and 5. And why did Neal become an absolute psychopath right at the end?
