and I like the characters. There are still quite a few editing mistakes. For the most part you've fixed the tenses, which is great. Keep on working on it and you'll continue to get better. An editor would be a big help too!

I love interracial romances because it gives people (or me) an opportunity to experience something I haven't experienced -- yet; however, I find it funny that black men have been demonized in this story. His name is Devin. Really? Not all black men or demonic or evil. I know it is just a story, but when I read about individuals automatically "demonizing" a character, it makes me sad. I'm just a reader though. Oh yeah, I've enjoyed reading your story, but an editor would make it 10 times better! Please keep writing, and please make the antagonist of another race or even make them white. Just my opinion . . . Best regards!
