EXQUISITE. This reader, with a PhD in Poli Sci and once the brains behind a "bellwether" $14 billion hedge fund for more than a generation, can see only one problem with this start (which so far leaves my mouth watering). There are no senators this smart - or at least there were none before Bill Clinton nor any as smarmy before Donald Trump.
