I take it you are working on part 2. Waiting with baited breath. 5 Star and so many ways this can venture into.

Possibly 'Company' hospital working on new truth serum and she is unknowingly a volunteer, picked because of her hi IQ and supposedly highly lean to the medical creed of service. Her erotic author friend is a plant to further seduce her off her mark and into the wonderful world of delusional sex on while high on drugs.
