Once finished, they came over to Geoff, Brigitte, and Aileen and thanked them. Then Niall stood up on his hind legs with his front paws on Aileen asking to be picked up. She smiled and did, then Niall licked her cheek and rubbed against her, "Thank you Aileen, they were very good."

She smiled and hugged him, "Your welcome, I'm glad you like them." She put him down and he took off to play with the others.

Geoff grinned, then walked over to Cleo and Caesars house was and he called to them letting them know he put out some treats for them also.

Cleo walked out and stretched, then walked over. She purred, "Good morning Geoff, did the little ones eat?"

Geoff grinned "Yes Cleo, like normal. Their all off playing right now."

She yawned, "Good, how's the new little one getting along with the others?"

Geoff smiled, "Good, he's playing with them right now."

Cleo purred, "That's good, he's a very sweet little one. I'm glad Aileen has a friend now also."

They spent the rest of the morning doing normal upkeep things around the house, then after lunch, they drove to uncle Geoff's and Victoria's house. The brought some presents for the children, and stopped on the way and got some of the pastries that uncle Geoff liked, along with some other baked goods.

The afternoon went by quickly as they were introduced to Sasha and Aron. They were excited to meet them all, but really excited to meet their cousins. Sasha looked like Victoria, except for the tail, ears, and the slight covering of fur. Aron was almost the spitting image of his father. His fur was the same coloring, but his fur was finer, like most of the other mixed species kids and he also seem to look more like a normal Lyonness male, where the others looked more human.

On Monday after breakfast, Erik stayed home with Geoff and Brigitte, the learning center was closed for the Christmas vacation like the other human schools in the area, and Katja took Aileen and Niall to see if they could find his mother and the nice old lady they had all been with. Katja had the address, and she hoped she was still there. Celia had said she had gotten sick, and she warned both Aileen and Niall that she might not still be there.

The address was in the town next to theirs, and once she found the street, she drove slowly looking for the address. Aileen looked through the window holding Niall, then she said to her mother, "Mommy, I think that's the house about three houses up the street, at least it looks like it."

Katja slowed a little more, and sure enough, that one was the address. She parked and helped Aileen and Niall out of the car, then she led them up to the door pushing the doorbell button. Aileen held Niall close as they both waited to see what would happen, and soon, the door opened and a human about Erik's age smiled and asked, "Good morning, can I help you?"

Katja smiled back, "Yes, or at least I hope so. My name is Katja Woodes, and this is my daughter Aileen. This may sound a bit strange, but we're looking for a Mrs. Wayne, she had some kittens she had to give up because she was sick."

The man frowned slightly, then answered, "Yes, that's my mother, she had to move in with us. What do you need her for? Can I do anything to help?"

Katja smiled once again, "Maybe it would be easier if I explained, I said it would sound a bit strange. As you can see, I'm Lyonness. My daughter here was presented with the kitten she's holding by a friend of ours that volunteers at the animal shelter. Well, the kitten, his name is Niall, told us he was worried about his mother because he didn't know what happened to her. And he also wanted to see her again and to let her know that he and his siblings all went to a good home."

He looked at her a bit confused, "The cat... told you this?? What do you mean and how??"

Katja smiled again, "As I said, we're Lyonness, and we can communicate with other felines. Ours and their languages are similar."

His eyes went wide, "You mean you can actually talk, with them? That's amazing." He shook his head in disbelief. "Please, come in Mrs. Woodes. Oh, my name is Joe Wayne"

As they walked to the back of the house, he said, "Your name is familiar, but I can't place it."

Katja smiled, "It probably is, my mate, or husband if you will, is going to be the new ambassador to our people and the other two who will be coming here." She grinned, "There was an article on it in the local newspapers I was told."

He nodded, "Yes, that's it. I knew it sounded familiar. Are you from, uh... New Lyonn?"

She shook her head no, "We live in the next town over, we brought a house there a few years ago."

The walked into a sun room, Katja believed it was called, and she saw an older human female sitting in a chair with a cat curled up on her lap. She looked just like Niall.

Joe sat down near his mother. "Mom, there's some people here to see you and Zoe."

His mom coughed as she stroked the cat in her lap, "That's nice Joe. Who are they?" She looked over and saw Katja and Aileen. Her eyes went wide as she saw them.

She coughed once more, "Oh my, your one of the Lyonness, aren't you?"

Katja led Aileen over and smiled, "Yes, we are. I'm Katja Woodes and this is my daughter, Aileen."

Aileen held Niall and asked, "Is that your mommy Niall?"

He looked up at her and purred excitedly, "Yes Aileen, that's her. That's my mother."

The cat in her lap looked up as she heard and purred loudly, "Dear one, it's so good to see little one." She jumped down and ran over to Aileen and Niall. Aileen smiled and put Niall down on the floor and he and his mother curled around each other and she began to lick him

Mrs. Wayne saw the kitten the little girl put down on the floor, "Oh my, that's looks like one of Zoe's kittens, I think."

Katja smiled, "Yes, he is." She told the woman everything that happened and why they came here to see her and Zoe.

The woman coughed once more, and Joe handed her a bottle of water. She took a drink and shook her head. "That's a wonderful story dear. I'm glad they all went to good homes."

As they talked, Niall and his mother talked, "How did you know where I was dear one?"

Niall purred, "My new friend, Aileen found you for me. I didn't know what happened to you and I was worried. I also wanted to let you know all the others found nice homes also." He purred as he looked at Aileen who smiled at them, "But not as nice as mine I think."

Aileen grinned, "Thank you Niall, I think your nice too."

Zoe looked up at this... human, or whatever she was. "How is it you can talk to us??"

Aileen smiled and reached down to pet her, "My mommy, and me a bit, are part kitty also. So we can talk to you."

Katja smiled as she heard them, then she looked back at Mrs. Wayne and her son. "They're happy now, they didn't know what happened to each other or her other children."

Then she smiled at Mrs. Wayne, "Thank you so much for agreeing to see us. Niall was quite concerned."

Then Aileen came over to the chair and smiled at the nice lady. "Thank you, Niall was very worried about his mommy. But they're both happy now."

She smiled at her and coughed once more, "And you're a sweet little girl to worry so much and try to help them dear."

Aileen frowned a little, "My grandmother Celia, told us you were sick. I hope you feel better, Niall told me how nice you were. I think he was right." She sent out her message of love to her.

Mrs. Wayne looked at this beautiful little girl, and tears came to her eyes as her message came to her. Then Aileen put her hand out to her and the nice lady took it. "I hope you feel better soon."

Katja watched as her daughter held the woman's hand, then she saw Aileen's hand glow red-gold, but they apparently didn't see it. Then she was amazed to see the woman sit up a little straighter and a look of amazement came over the woman's face.

Katja came over and said, "Well, thank you for letting us see you and letting Niall talk to his mother. But we need to go now, I hope you feel better soon Mrs. Wayne."

Aileen came over and said to Niall and his mommy, "Niall, we need to go now."

He nodded his head slightly, and curled against his mother once more telling her goodbye. He jumped up into Aileen's arms. The she bent down and stroked his mother, "It was nice to meet you Niall's mommy."

His mother stood on her hind legs and licked Aileen's cheek. "Thank you little one for helping. I'm glad my little one has such a nice friend."

Katja, Aileen, and Joe walked back to the front door. He turned to her, "Thank you for coming Mrs. Woodes. That was a very nice thing to do."

Katja smiled, then took a small pad out of belt pouch and wrote her phone number down. "Here's my number, call and let us know how she is, both your mother and Niall's. And if we can be of any help."

He looked at it and smiled, "Thank you Mrs. Woodes, I certainly will." Then he stooped down and smiled at Aileen, "And thank you Aileen. It's been a while since I saw my mom smile like she did."

Aileen grinned and hugged him with one arm and sent her message of love to this nice man also.

Joe, smiled as the little girl hugged him, she was so sweet and loving. They he also got her message and he suddenly felt better than he could ever remember.

Katja and Aileen waved to him as they got into the car, and headed for home. Katja reached over and stroked her daughters face. "All better now kitten?" She grinned as she heard both of them reply yes. "Tell me love, when you held the woman's hand, what did you do?"

She smiled as she hugged Niall, "The nice lady was sick and didn't feel good. I made her feel better."

Katja nodded and before she could ask anything else, she felt a very familiar warmth, "I'll explain later dear one."

She nodded and Brigit was gone. They finally got home and walked into the house. Erik grinned as he hugged his mate, "So? Did you find them?"

Katja hugged him back and kissed him, "Yes, we did. They're both alright and we had a long talk." She turned to Aileen, "Why don't you two go and play for a while before lunch."

Aileen nodded and put Niall down on the floor and laughed as she ran to her room with Niall running after her.

Katja took Erik's hand and led him over to the couch. She looked around, "Where's the others?"

Erik grinned, "Geoff is in his room reading the books we got him and Brigitte is playing in her room with Marcus."

Katja nodded smiling, then she told him about their visit. Then she got slightly confused look on her face, "But something a little strange happened just before we left." She told him about what their daughter did. "I asked her about it, and all she said was, "The nice lady was sick and didn't feel good. I made her feel better."

Erik looked at her, then she added, "Our other mate told me She'd explain later." Katja took his hand, "Mrs. Wayne certainly seemed better when we left."

Erik shook his head, "Well, I guess we'll have to wait then."

Then they both heard, "We'll talk later after they're all asleep my mates."

The rest of the day was spent relaxing. Nobody was coming over, so they had a nice family meal, then afterwards, they watched a movie the children picked out.

Niall was very happy as he sat in his friends lap as Aileen stroked him making him purr loudly. Erik grinned, the others were purring also, but softly, kittens didn't know soft when it came to purring, if they were happy enough to purr, they shared it with everyone.

He grinned as he watched the kids, all three of them were laughing and giggling as they watched the movie, each of them with a small bowl of popcorn he made for them. Aileen was sitting next to her big brother, as normal, and leaning against him. Geoff was her hero, he always helped her and calmly explained things to her, no matter if they were silly or not. He loved his job as big brother.

After the movie was over, they all went to get changed for bed. Geoff and Brigitte were able to do this themselves, but Katja helped Aileen. They stayed up a little longer afterwards, then it was time to go to bed.

After they went to bed, Erik made himself a cup of coffee and Katja a cup of hot chocolate. Normally it would have been tea, but a few weeks ago he had made himself one and she asked what it was. He let her try it, and now when it was cold out, she normally had that at night. She had smiled and told him it was similar to something they had on home-world.

They sat and watched TV talking. Then about an hour later, once the kids were asleep, their other mate joined them. "Good evening my mates, I think we can talk about what happened now."

"First off Katja, what you think happened this afternoon, did happen. She did it before I could stop her. All she thought was to make the human feel better because of how nice she was."

Katja nodded, "I sort of figured it was something like that. So what your saying, is that she has the power to heal?"

Brigit thought for a moment, "Sort of, she isn't strong enough to really heal someone yet. She really only made her feel better and heal her somewhat. She alleviated some of the effects of the disease, but it does mean the human doctors should be able to cure her easier now."

Erik had caught the "Yet." So he asked, "By the added "Yet," can we assume she will be able to one day?"

"Yes my love, our daughter will be able to heal once she gets older and learns how to use the power, this is why I told you she would be a healer. But it's not as simple as touching someone and saying heal. She'll need to know what she's healing and what to do to heal someone."

Erik nodded, "I think I understand love." He looked at Katja, and smiled, "Well, I guess our daughter will need to go to medical school."

Katja smiled, "I'm sure Maya or Tom can recommend something when the time comes."

They felt Brigit smile, "As long as that's settled, I think I need to pay her a visit and explain things to her. This time, it wasn't a problem, but if she tries it again on someone, and doesn't know what she's doing, she can hurt them and possibly herself. But I'll explain it to her, so don't worry. Sleep well my mates."

Aileen was sleeping happily; Niall had curled up against her purring gently as she fell asleep. She was having a wonderful dream, then she heard, "Come with me my daughter." Then she felt her other mommy take her hand and she felt like she was flying.

She opened her eyes and smiled; she saw her mommy smiling at her as she held her hand. Brigit picked her up and held her, then kissed her on the forehead. She grinned as she set her back down and said, "Hello mommy." She looked around and asked, "Where are we?"

Brigit smiled at her. "This is called the "Ether" dear one." Then Aileen smiled as she saw Bast and Briast materialize. Aileen grinned and said, "Hello Aunt Bast, Aunt Briast."

Bast smiled, "Aunt Bast little one?"

She smiled, "Well your mommy's sister, so that makes you my aunts. Doesn't it?"

Bast laughed, "I guess so little one. I think I like it."

Briast smiled at her also, "As do I."

Then Brigit picked her up once more, "I brought you here so we could talk dear one, it's about what you did today."

Aileen cocked her head, "What did I do mommy?" "Did I do something wrong?" She asked worried.

Brigit kissed her, "No love, not really wrong. I was talking about when you tried to heal the human you and your other mommy visited."

Aileen shook her head slightly confused, "I didn't try to heal her, all I did was try to make her feel better. I don't how to heal yet, just how to make someone feel better."

Brigit looked at her, then over to Bast. Bast looked back and shrugged slightly. Brigit hugged her once again, "Okay then dear one, that's good, but you do need to learn more before you can heal them. So please be careful what you do, I know your just trying to help, be you have to be careful. Okay?"

Aileen nodded, "Yes mommy, I will. But does that mean I shouldn't help someone feel better?" When I can I mean."

Brigit thought for a moment, then Briast smiled and said, "How about this Aileen, if you come across a time when you wonder if you should help, call to one of us and ask. Then we can tell you if you should or shouldn't, until you learn more." She smiled, "How does that sound?"

Brigit gave her a grateful look and Aileen grinned, "Okay, that makes sense. Thank you Aunt Briast."

Briast smiled and stroked her face, "Your more than welcome my niece."

Brigit smiled, "Now that, that's settled, I think it's time to bring you back home. Give your daddy and your other mommy a hug and kiss from us my daughter."

Aileen smiled, then yawned slightly, "Okay, I will. I am a little tired." The three of them kissed her, then Brigit guided her daughter back to her bed and tucked her in. She stroked her face, then smiled as Niall looked up in amazement at this beautiful human in the room with them. She smiled and stroked him also making him purr loudly. Aileen yawned once more, "Don't worry Niall, that's just my other mommy."

Brigit smiled at that, then grinned, "Well, since I'm here." She walked across the room and phased through the wall to her sons' room. She smiled as she watched him sleep, then she come over and pulled up the blanket and smoothed her son's hair down. "He's so like his father, I love them both so much." Then she grinned as she heard, "I love you too mommy. I felt you."

Brigit smiled and leaned down to kiss him, "Sleep well my son. I'm always near dear one."

Geoff turned slightly and looked up at her, "I know, I can feel you mommy. I like that I can."

Brigit kissed him once again, then sighed as she left.

Geoff smiled as he faded back to sleep, that was the first time he had seen her... solid. He had seen her in his dreams and occasionally as a filmy outline. She was very pretty in real life, and Aileen looked just like her. He grinned, except for the ears and tail of course.

The next morning Erik woke up like normal, his arm was a little numb as Katja had fell asleep while he was holding her. He sighed, she always felt so good against him and she smelled so good. He moved his arm slightly and it tingled as the blood started to flow through it again.

Then he grinned as his mate stroked her hand up and down from his chest to his belly. He grinned again as he felt it get closer to his cock each time she did it. He sighed as she finally reached down far enough to stroke him. He smiled as he heard, "Umm, good morning love. I think someone's glad to see me."

He kissed the top of her head as she massaged him through the sleep pants. "I'm always glad love, but you may want to stop that, I suppose we're going to have visitors any minute now."

It was her turned to sigh, "I know love, but I always love how it feels in my hand." She turned her face up and kissed him, "And in my mouth." She kissed once again. "And in me." She kissed him once more.

Erik grinned, "I feel the same way kitten. I always have from the first time we made love." He laughed, "You know, we never did find that book on the care and feeding of beautiful cat-girls."

Katja laughed and rolled on top of him, her body molding to his. "You, my love, need no book. But maybe you should write one for all the others that don't know what they're doing."

He laughed and wrapped his arms around her and kissed her once again, "I love you so much kitten, more than I loved you that first day we met. And I'll love you even more tomorrow."

"But I have a feeling those visitors will be knocking on the door any moment now." He sighed, "So, I guess I should go get dressed before they do, and I have to explain some things I have no desire to yet."

Katja giggled and slide off him making him moan slightly. "Gods, you're such a tease."

Katja smiled, "And you love every minute of it."
