While rape victims sometimes orgasm, it's hard to imagine this victim cumming under these circumstances. Not a very believable story as written, although the idea has merit. If I was this writer's editor, I'd make him re-write the entire piece. There's an erotic tale to be told here, it just needs a lot of work to get where the writer's trying to go.
