I felt that too! This just killed me 😞. Talk about getting kicked when you’re down. Alex was definitely too eager to end this relationship. I have to wonder why? Trust is earned and I don’t think they’ve been together long enough for trust to take hold. Perhaps that aspect is different in Dom Sub relationship? I don’t see how but I also have no experience there.

@Straycatndc I think because they have such an intense bond, it's like they've known each other longer. Also, they met briefly, but it was a strong connection, two years ago.

But you are so right. Trust has to be built over time. Alex was being a bit of a jerk. 😜

There will be a 4th chapter that hopefully will bring some clarity as to why it happened that way. 😉
