It has been a long time since I tried publishing anything, so I decided to list this short story as a way of testing the waters. I'm sorry if it wasn't to anyone's liking.

Perhaps placing it in Non-Human & expanding the story a bit more would help. I liked it & would like to read more.

Perhaps you could expand on the concept. Give some background for the characters. This could be a flashback for a couple, or a memory of the one that got away.
