A very sweet story

Excellent piece of writing. This story is exactly how I would feel in that situation. Everyone wants recognition of their looks but when trying to find yourself and make the big decision to either become the person you know you are deep down or attempt to reconcile with who you appear to be now, it is a very difficult and life altering decision considering you usually lose your job, friends and family as well as being a target for all the haters. This story of an accepting mother and a stranger who confirms what she believed she should do was beautiful. Thank you for that.
