I totally get why Preston think in this way. Actually, Copper was sending conflicted signals from Preston's pov even he acted normally. He was not moody from my opinion. I assume the author just don't want to end this series so soon.

Definitely Preston is a moody bitch. I understand he is confused and struggling with his same sex attraction. But Cooper is right, Preston can’t be all into things to the point of almost fucking, then an hour later be ignoring him, glaring at him and biting his head off for touching him. That kind of erratic anger misplacement is not ok, Cooper doesn’t deserve it, and Cooper is right on target for calling the bitch out. Hope this moodiness disappears because it’s really bringing the story down alot, imo.
