Don't be afraid to change the perspective in the following chapters so your readers can follow the story through the eyes of the mom, or if you like, through multiple perspectives in the same story. This way the reader won't miss any action between her and her lover ( or lovers?) as you develop the character. Plus, you won't have to worry about how to get the son in position to describe what's going on. You can still develop the voyeuristic theme that is appealing, but this way you won't be boxing yourself in to only certain circumstances that the son is able to view. For example, you have created an exciting slutty mom who, evidently, was very conservative. Would love to hear about her transformation and the first few times with DeAndre. Looking forward to whatever you decide to write in the future installments. Cheers

Really nice set up but please keep mom as a cautious woman in subsequent chapters. She is having fun and exploring what it means to be single again while knowing an absent husband may return and she still has affection for him. Speaking from experience enjoying life is what she is about now.
