Ranthoron, When I first read your comment, I was prepared to let it slide, but the more I thought about it, the more I wondered how other people would answer your question. I would urge everyone who reads these posts to offer their ideas and answers about how witchcraft survived the Victorian era (or any other era of their choosing). There are clues to my answer to this question in my stories, but I would be willing to be more overt once I've read your (my post readers) answers. Sounds like fun! EM.
